THE DATE: Thursday, July 14, 2005- Sunday, July 17, 2005
THE LOCATION: Charlotte, North Carolina
Proposed Events: Shopping, Tour of Historic African-American sites, Cookout, Amuzement park, Banquet, Church, Dinner, Golf, Swimming, etc.
Cost: Currently, we are requesting that you send preliminary deposits of $20/adult (age 14 and up) and $10/child (age 4-13) that will be credited towards your registration costs.  We are looking into some fundraisers to help defray some of our costs.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Post a message on the message board!
